From Canvas to Body
For its third pop-up, ONLY REUSE explores the intersection between art and vintage clothing. Paintings leave the gallery walls and come to life through carefully selected garments, each artwork inspiring a unique vintage selection.
Some pieces were even created by Justine, founder of the upcycling brand SERLEI, in order to most faithfully reproduce the clothing depicted in the artworks. Her upcycled creations help translate the essence of the theme with precision, deepening the dialogue between art and fashion.
Each garment becomes a wearable work of art, where fashion acts as a true extension of artistic expression and each outfit continues the story beyond the canvas.
Hosted at Continuum in Lausanne, this pop-up found the perfect home in a space dedicated to art, culture, creativity, and meaningful encounters.

Each artwork in the collection gives rise to a main outfit, a carefully curated selection of vintage pieces displayed alongside the painting. Beyond this, every artwork inspires multiple derivative outfits, offering variety and freedom of style.
