Once your order is placed, we work hard to get it to you as quickly as possible. All our packages are shipped via La Poste and we currently deliver only within Switzerland. You can expect to receive your package within 5 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email letting you know that your package is on its way.

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Any identified defects are considered part of the item’s character and are not eligible for return. Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged or misrepresented upon arrival.
